At TechStep Solutions, we are committed to providing you with high-quality digital marketing services. Our role is to bring our expertise in areas like web development, SEO, and online marketing to help your business succeed. In return, we ask that you provide us with everything we need to complete the project, like services, products, logos, or any other essential materials. This way, we can stay on schedule and meet all your needs.
Although we’re passionate about marketing and love helping businesses grow, we have standard office hours to keep things balanced. Our team is available from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. If you have questions or need support, you can expect a response within those hours.
For any requests made outside our office hours, we’ll address them as soon as possible the next business day. Good work takes time, and we want to make sure we give your project the attention it deserves.
Keeping projects on track is important to both of us. To avoid any unnecessary delays, we kindly ask that you respond to any of our requests for feedback or approvals within 24 to 48 hours. This helps us move forward and meet the deadlines we’ve set together. We understand that things come up, but staying engaged throughout the process ensures we stay on track and deliver a great final product.
Just keep in mind that extra revisions or additions might require more time and could come with additional costs. We’ll always keep you informed, and we’ll never move forward without your approval.
We know that as projects evolve, sometimes changes are necessary. If you need something that’s outside the original project scope, no worries! We’ll send over a change order form to make sure we’re all aligned before making adjustments.
When you sign up for services, we’ll require an initial payment to get started. For ongoing services like monthly marketing plans, payments will be due on the same day each month. If you’re on a payment plan for a specific product, we’ll follow the schedule we agree on.
Payments are processed through our secure platform, and it’s important to keep your payment information up to date to avoid any disruptions. If payments are late, we reserve the right to charge late fees and suspend services if necessary. Don’t worry—we’ll always give you a heads-up before that happens.
Once the project is paid in full, you’ll own the final deliverables—whether it’s a website, graphic design, or marketing materials. However, we retain ownership of any underlying code or proprietary technologies used in the project. We’ll license it to you for use within the scope of the project. This means you can host your website wherever you like, as long as it meets the terms of our agreement.
To keep your website performing at its best, we offer ongoing maintenance packages. These plans help ensure everything is running smoothly and up to date. If you don’t have a maintenance plan, any support or updates you need will be billed at an hourly rate. We’ll always discuss the cost with you upfront so there are no surprises. Our goal is to keep your website functioning properly, so if you run into any issues, just reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.
We take your privacy seriously. Any information you provide to us will be kept confidential. We are dedicated to safeguarding your data and handling it with care. Whether it’s business strategies or personal information, you can trust that your data is safe with us.
While we strive to make every partnership a success, there may be times when either of us needs to end the agreement. If this happens, we ask for a 30-day notice to wrap things up properly. During the first 90 days, if we determine that the partnership isn’t a good fit or the client isn’t taking our recommendations seriously, we reserve the right to end the agreement. Communication and collaboration are essential, and if those aren’t in place, it might be best for both of us to part ways.
We always aim for top-quality work, but we can’t guarantee that everything will be completely error-free. We’re not liable for any damages resulting from website interruptions or technical issues. If any part of this agreement becomes unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain intact.
